For member billing, we can keep track of all of the family members allowed to charge to the account and even display photos of members to the staff so newer staff members can easier identify and verify members.
In the back office, Epiphany can manage monthly and yearly dues, track minimums, and generate monthly statements both on paper and electronically. All of the standard Epiphany accounting features are there, including AR, AP, GL, and payroll, so everything ties up neatly into a single package.. Reports on sales trends in different revenue centers identify what, where, and when people are eating, drinking, or purchasing.
Our web management system allows you to keep members and guests in the loop about what is happening. Post events and dinner specials, and even let your members view and pay their monthly statements online.
