Epiphany Applications

Epiphany has already been taught how to perform a large number of common activities, so that it can immediately do things you are used to in other business applications.  A small list includes:

  • General Ledger
  • Inventory Management
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Job Costing
  • Contact Management
  • Task/Project Management
  • Document Imaging
  • POS (Point of Sale)
  • Quoting
  • Quality Control
  • Human Resources
  • EDI
  • Network Management

The Importance of Building Relationships

Relationships are a fundamental element of Epiphany’s revolutionary database design.  Relationships are used to link data together, and the proprietary methodology used to implement them is the foundation upon which everything rests.  In Epiphany, you have the ability to link any data element to any other while defining additional relationship attributes like “type” and “priority”.  Epiphany tracks all data related to a record, and allows the user to easily search and browse all related pieces of data from a single screen.

The power of this is incredible.  For example, in one place you can easily see everything the system knows about a specific company:  All of its invoices, payments, past inventory purchases, related tasks and projects, scanned documents, branch office locations, phone numbers, and employees.  You can easily browse to related General Ledger entries, checks, meeting notes, and service contract details.

You can even create and view relationships that the system has never seen before; maybe relating a production machine on the manufacturing floor to a particular person so you can track who knows how to operate it, or assign security questions and answers not only to a person, but to an address or a specific contract.

The magical thing about relationships in Epiphany is that despite their power and flexibility, they are incredibly efficient.  No matter how many relationship types and instances you create, the system complexity and performance are not negatively effected.

One Software, One Vendor, Less Complexity

(noun) A sudden realization of a profound truth that fundamentally changes one's view of the world.

Using proprietary design concepts, Epiphany changes the very nature of software.

In place of traditional database design, Epiphany creates a global knowledgebase capable of storing, organizing, and understanding an infinite amount of real world data. Understanding is the key; the software can easily accommodate new data elements and seamless integrate those elements with existing data to continuously improve its understanding of the world.

Instead of traditional software design, Epiphany logic and user interfaces are driven almost entirely by the data. Epiphany can help you find existing data with unprecedented ease, and new data elements and features can be incorporated into the system in a fraction of the time, making it able to handle any organizations unique needs with minimal cost and effort.

In place of traditional delivery models, Epiphany allows for real-time software updates. System enhancements can be pushed out in hours or even minutes. No longer do you have to wait months for the next software release to receive bug fixes or take advantage of the latest features.

Instead of a traditional support model, Epiphany staff works with you to understand your unique needs. Epiphany support staff and developers teach your business how to operate the software, but more importantly, they teach the software how to operate your business.

What makes Epiphany different?

  • AI (Artificial Intelligence Database)

A real-world database capable of storing any and all information, of any volume or type, that is infinitely expandable and complex. Information is stored and retrieved like you would naturally (assuming your brain has the infallible memory and speed of a computer).

  • Infinite Growth Capabilities (Non-obsolescence)

From the beginning, the system was designed to be the last application you will ever need. It can handle any new business requirements with ease, no matter how industry specific or unusual they are.

  • Extremely Short Implementation Cycles

The system can be configured for new data elements or taught new behaviors in a fraction of the time required by other software systems that require custom programming. New features that would normally take weeks can be added in days. When your business needs to have an enhancement immediately, Epiphany can be easily and safely upgraded in hours or minutes.

  • Ever-growing Feature Set

Globally available features are constantly being added to the system, allowing for a consistent and robust interface unlike any software you have seen.
